Paul Johnson is an associate at SMITH LC focusing on complex civil litigation.  Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Utah. He graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015, where he completed the Intellectual Property Certificate Program, and was Associate Editor for the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. 

Paul has experience successfully litigating matters in the areas of juvenile law, criminal prosecution, insurance defense, federal criminal defense, and constitutional law.

He also interned with Judge Robert P. Faust of Utah’s Third District Court.

Paul is a husband and father. He enjoys skiing, climbing, and fishing with his family.
